We are seeking highly motivated and experienced automotive sales professionals to join our team as Experienced Automotive Sales Representatives. In this role, you will be responsible for selling vehicles to customers, meeting and exceeding sales targets, and providing excellent customer service. Your deep knowledge of the automotive industry and exceptional sales skills will drive your success in this position.

Responsibilities:

Sales and Customer Service:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by providing exceptional service and addressing customer inquiries and concerns.
• Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle that meets their needs, conducting test drives, and explaining features, specifications, and pricing options.
• Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process.

Achieve Sales Targets:

• Consistently meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Proactively identify potential customers and develop strategies to generate new business.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of the latest automotive models, features, and market trends.

Product Knowledge:

• Stay informed about the specifications, features, and benefits of the vehicles in your inventory.
• Effectively communicate the value proposition of each vehicle to customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.

Documentation and Administration:

• Accurately complete all sales-related documentation, including sales contracts, finance applications, and trade-in evaluations.
• Collaborate with the finance and administrative teams to ensure a smooth and efficient sales process.
• Follow-Up and Customer Retention:
• Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure their satisfaction post-sale.
• Leverage customer referrals and maintain a strong network to generate repeat business and achieve long-term customer loyalty.

Requirements:

• Minimum of [X] years of experience in automotive sales, preferably with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and establish long-lasting relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $58,427.75 - $70,364.60 per year
